Refund policy
Returns may be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, including Aqua Rose velvet bag. Stacks sold as a set cannot be divided up for returns. Returns of stacks need to include the entire stack. You will also need to enclose a print out of your confirmation email.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@aquarosegems.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you received free shipping you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items returned damaged will not be refunded so please take extra care when packaging your items for return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact hello@aquarosegems.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom pieces (not available at this time), and sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest and simplest way to ensure a smooth exchange is to request a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping rates apply for new item being sent to you.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
